ROBERT MORENO Elite Head Coach | Strategist | International Expert

Robert Moreno didn’t choose football; football chose him. A coach by vocation since the age of 14, Moreno embodies the profile of the modern manager: analytical, methodical, and adaptable. By the age of 40, he had already led a World Cup-winning National Team and taken charge of dugouts in LaLiga, Serie A, and Ligue 1.

His career has been forged in excellence. As a key figure at FC Barcelona (2014-2017), he was the tactical architect behind one of the decade’s finest teams, winning the historic “Treble” and adding La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, the Copa del Rey, and the FIFA Club World Cup to his track record.

His transition to Head Coach took place on the most demanding stage possible: the Spanish National Team. There, he demonstrated his leadership under pressure, qualifying “La Roja” for Euro 2020 as top seeds, remaining undefeated in his 9 matches in charge.

Since then, Robert has sought growth through international challenges. He managed the historic AS Monaco in France, Granada CF in Spain’s top flight, and most recently led the rebuilding of PFC Sochi in Russia, securing promotion to the Russian Premier League and proving his ability to revitalize projects in complex cultural environments.

Today, Robert Moreno combines top-tier tactical expertise with a maturity forged in both adversity and success. A leader who unifies dressing rooms, develops young talent, and builds competitive teams with a distinct identity.
